Please do not include sensitive personal information in your project description.

We process enquiry information to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract. Where appropriate, we may also rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating Enqwise.

How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and manage any resulting business relationship.
If no project begins, enquiry information, including the message delivered to our Telegram chat, will normally be deleted within 12 months.
Service providers and Telegram
When you submit the contact form, your name, contact details and project description are sent through the Telegram Bot API to a private chat used by Enqwise so that we can review and respond to your enquiry.
Telegram is a third-party service provider and processes the message on its systems under its own privacy practices. This processing may take place outside Ireland. You can read the Telegram Privacy Policy.
We may also use trusted service providers for website hosting and form processing. They receive personal data only where necessary to provide those services.
Your rights
Under data protection law, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- correct inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
